These plants are created by the very experienced modeler Konstantin Kim and sold exclusively by Xfrog. Kim (aka 3d Mentor) works in 3ds max GrowFX, and sets up shaders for Corona, VRay, and FStorm. ALL plants, for the first time EVER, have GrowFX (gfx) files included, and WIND, and all models and wind can be procedurally edited! Polycounts range from 100k to 600k. Download includes three models. Clusia Rosea: Autograph Tree Clusia rosea is a tree native to the Caribbean, including the Bahamas, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Florida. It is a hemiepiphyte, that is, it grows as an epiphyte on rocks or other trees at the start of its life and resembles a strangling fig. Just as a strangling fig it overgrows and strangles its host tree with its many aerial roots. The tree produces a fleshy, light green but poisonous fruit; once the fruit has split, the seeds are favored by birds and other wildlife. Clusia rosea has become a great threat to Sri Lanka, Hawaii, and many other tropical countries as an invasive plant.
