The title image is not included. Each model comes with set of 4K .png maps: base color roughness normal opacity translucency ambient occlusion | Sagebrush from desert High and medium detail For deserts and arid climates There are archives with textures, 3ds max 2013 VRay 3.6, 3ds max 2015 Corona, obj, fbx formats | Please read the description before purchasing. The house is not included, nor is the scene. It was only used to show how the grass looks in a real scene.
