Welcome to your dream tree house! This charming, cozy tree house is the perfect addition to your 3D backyard. All models were created to provide a level of detail and flexibility suitable for real-time rendering. Features: Optimized geometry. Ready for Unity HDRP and URP! High-quality, realistic PBR textures with resolutions up to 4K. Clean UVs. Scale in centimeters. User Friendly names. Material variations for the Bicycle and the Wagon Cart. High Flexibility: The bicycle and wagon cart are ‘hero’ props and can be optimized much further in case it is needed. We have also included separated meshes for both of them, in case there is need for rigging! Easy to Work With: Only standard Unity shaders were used, maximizing compatibility through Unity versions. Note: All grasses on the renders are from Megascans and are not included in the project. Technical details Texture sizes: 1K up to 4K.
